The optional drop protector for the TL 7 TT seven ton tip trailer was designed to help eliminate the bruising of crops when they are loaded into the trailer. The drop protector acts like a trampoline that absorbs the fall shocks as the crop is emptied into the trailer.

• The “trampoline” action of the drop protector catches the crop and then gently descends to the bottom of the trailer as the weight of the crop stretches the elasticized “bungy” cords.
• When the trailer is unloaded the drop protector gently returns to its starting position as the “bungy” cord shrinks as the weight of the crop gets less. The drop protector is then ready for the next load without any operator intervention.
